SoloClean and SoloNetworkGuard do not automatically send your files, network history or local usage records to developer servers. Records on your device remain under your control. Information submitted through the contact form is explained separately below.

On-device records

You can delete local records using the app’s cleanup options or Android’s clear-app-data setting. You do not need to contact the developer; the developer cannot remotely view or delete records on your device. Exported files and shared copies must be managed separately.

Website preferences

The site has no accounts, advertising or visitor analytics. Language and theme preferences are stored in your browser; form contents are not saved to browser storage. You can reset preferences by clearing the site’s browser data.

Contact information and purpose

When the contact form is enabled, your first and last name, email address, message and optional phone number and images are used to review and respond to your request. They are not used for advertising or marketing. Share only information needed for your request.

Collection method and legal basis

Information is collected electronically through the form you complete and submit. Responding to requests and feedback and preventing abuse are based on the controller’s legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(f)). Where a legal obligation applies, the relevant processing is based on Article 5(2)(ç).

Services and transfers

The site is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare. When sending is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information to prevent automated abuse. Messages pass through Cloudflare and Resend to the Gmail contact inbox. These services may process information outside Türkiye. Sending is enabled after the applicable international-transfer conditions have been addressed.

Retention and deletion

Messages and attachments are not stored in a separate site database; they may remain in the contact inbox. Correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve your request and deleted when that purpose ends. Records needed for a legal retention obligation or to protect a legal right are retained only while that requirement continues.

Security measures

Images are decoded and prepared again as PNG files in your browser; their dimensions are reduced when needed and file metadata is not forwarded. The server checks file structure and size again. Abuse counters use a keyed IP digest that changes daily instead of the raw IP. Counters older than 24 hours are removed on the next form request. These counters contain no names, email addresses, messages or images.

Your rights and inquiries

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about processing, purposes and transfers, and request correction or deletion when the applicable conditions are met. You can submit inquiries about information sent through the contact form using the Contact section. You do not need this inquiry process to delete app records held only on your own device.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIABILITY IS EXCLUDED FOR DATA LOSS AND DAMAGE ARISING FROM DELETION, SHARING, DATA EXPORT AND ACCESS BLOCKING ACTIONS CHOSEN BY THE USER. THE APPS DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR ABSOLUTE SECURITY.

THIS NOTICE DOES NOT REMOVE LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, UNLAWFUL DATA PROCESSING OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED. USERS RETAIN THEIR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
